RETURN OF GOODS

1. A customer has the right, without giving any reason, to withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods, in accordance with art. 27 acts from 30 May 2014. On consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827)
2. Withdrawal from the contract, for its validity, requires the customer to submit a written statement on the withdrawal from the contract and send it together with the goods and proof of purchase to the following address:

3. The consumer is obliged to return the purchased goods unchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

5. The seller has 14 working days to consider the return, check the condition of the product and packaging and tags, which must remain intact
6. The right to withdraw from the contract is not granted to the consumer in the case of benefits with its properties determined by the consumer in the order placed by him or closely related to his person. This means that the Seller is not obliged to exchange the product made at the customer’s order or at the request of the modified customer.
7. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the products
8. The seller has 14 business days for a refund from the date of delivery the items to the warehouse.

REPLACEMENT OF GOODS

1. A customer has the right to exchange purchased goods within 14 days from the date of delivery
2. Exchange of goods, for its validity, requires from the customer a written statement about the willingness to exchange and sending the replaced goods and proof of its purchase to the following address:

3. The consumer is obliged to return the purchased goods unchanged.

5. If the deadline is approaching the end just send the form to the email address: contact@somniumclth.com to keep it valid
6. The right to exchange the product shall not be granted to the consumer in the case of benefits with its properties determined by the consumer in the order placed by him or closely related to his person. This means that the Seller is not obliged to exchange the product made at the customer’s order or at the request of the modified customer.
7. The customer bears the direct costs of replacing the products
8. The cost of replacing products depends on country.
